The white glaze used gives an uneven finish to my Father Christmas so he has an authentic look to his beard and hat.
Handmade in my studio. No matter how big or small the ceramic item, each piece is hand-pressed by myself, dried, fired, glazed with 3 coats of glaze and fired again.
Due to the fact that each piece is handmade, you may find slight imperfections in the form, colours, texture, pattern and marks left by the handmade process. This is what makes each piece unique, gives character and make it individual.
