He may not be the scariest but my cute little ceramic pumpkin tealight will definitely add a bit of atmosphere during the halloween season! This would also make a great halloween gift for anyone who loves and appreciates the handmade process.
Each pumpkin is handpressed out of white earthenware clay, left to harden, then each individual detail is cut out by hand. Once leather hard I attach each pumpkin to a flat peice of clay for the tealights to stand on.
The pumpkin creates a lovely warm glow when the tealight is lit. The base is large enough to take 1 tealight.

Handmade in my studio. No matter how big or small the ceramic item, each piece is hand-pressed by myself, dried, fired, glazed with 3 coats of glaze and fired again.
Each piece is handmade so there will be slight variations in the form, colours, texture, pattern and marks left by the handmade process. This is what makes each piece unique, gives character and makes it individual.
